RCJs visit the Diocese of Sandhurst

The Rogationist Community of Holy Family Parish in Melbourne, Australia made a courtesy visit to Bishop Shane Mackinlay DD of the Diocese of Sandhurst in Bendigo, Victoria on the 23rd of November 2022. Bendigo is 130km drive away from the city center of Melbourne. The bishop has welcomed our 5 priests and hosted lunch for them at the presbytery of St Kilian’s Parish. There were also some diocesan priests who were present at lunch, three of them Filipinos. The Vicar General of the diocese was also present. After lunch, the bishop was presented with an image of St Anthony of Padua from our religious images factory in the Philippines. Bishop Shane has joyfully accepted the statue remarking that Anthony was his second legal name. He was so gracious to travel to the Cathedral of the Diocese dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and gave a tour to our visiting priests.
