The Feast of July 1st commemorates the permanence of Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament in our Institutes. As desired by the Founder, St. Hannibal Mary Di Francia, it is considered a foundational celebration of perennial importance in the life of the Rogate Family.

Though restrained by the prevailing Enhanced Community Quarantine, Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, the Provincial Superior of the St. Matthew Province, did the Canonical Visit to the St. Hannibal Rogate Center in Merville Park, Parañaque City.

The meeting was held at the Rogationist College-Cavite, while the participants were accommodated at the Oasis of Prayer-Cavite.

An online reflection on the solemn Feast of July 1st was organized and facilitated.

The process for the Cause of Beatification of the Servant of God, Fr Joseph Aveni has been celebreated last February 1, 2020 coinciding with the celebration of the day for Consecreated Life in the Diocese of Parañaque.

A Requiem Mass for Fr. Cesare Bettoni, RCJ was organized by the St. Matthew Province

As the 57th World Day of Prayer for Vocations approaches, the Provincial Rogate Vocation Center (PRVC) of the St. Matthew Province disseminates materials in preparation for the said celebration.

Superiors and Responsibles of Mission Stations met with the Provincial and his Councilors on March 5-6, 2020.

Accompanied by Fr. Orville Cajigal, RCJ, Fr. Bruno Rampazzo, RCJ, the General Superior, paid the Sideia Mission Center in Papua New Guinea on January 26-30, 2020.

Today, on the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, June 29, the Rogationists of the Heart of Jesus – St. Matthew Province rejoices to receive, for the first time, the religious vows of 12 Novices, and to admit 10 Postulants for the Novitiate in a solemn Eucharistic celebration held at the Oasis of Prayer, Silang, Cavite

With prayer and acts of charity still blossoming during the pandemic, the Communities of the St. Matthew Province took some initiative to help the faithful spiritually benefit through the livestreaming liturgies and prayers, especially in the parishes and formation houses.

Selected representatives of the commissions under each Provincial Councilor, Treasurer and Secretary met with the Provincial Government for the early evaluation and planning.

Religious and Priests of the province dined with Fr. Bruno on his stop-over flight to to Papua New Guinea.
